Estonian companies looking to develop semiconductor technologies or expand their European network now have access to the EU Chips Ecosystem Tracker, an interactive platform that provides an overview of Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem. By bringing together thousands of companies and organisations alongside competence centres, pilot lines and other European initiatives, it helps businesses identify partners, technologies and new collaboration opportunities across the continent.
The EU Chips Ecosystem Tracker is a new interactive platform that helps companies navigate Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem by bringing together key industry players and European initiatives in one place. Developed by the Central European Institute of Asian Studies (CEIAS) as part of the CHIPDIPLO project, the Tracker is the first publicly available platform to map organisations across the European semiconductor value chain. It currently includes more than 2,700 companies and organisations across all 27 EU Member States, together with major European initiatives such as Competence Centres, pilot lines, IPCEIs and the EU Chips Design Platform.
For Estonian companies, the platform provides a practical starting point for exploring opportunities beyond national borders. Users can search for semiconductor manufacturers, chip design centres, packaging facilities, pilot lines, research organisations, technology providers and supply chain partners across Europe.
The Tracker also helps companies:
identify potential technology partners;
discover manufacturing capabilities;
explore European semiconductor supply chains;
find new collaboration opportunities;
support investment and business expansion planning.
As Estonia’s Chips Center, we encourage Estonian companies to make use of this resource when exploring new technologies, partnerships and European collaboration opportunities. The Tracker complements our mission of helping companies connect with the wider European semiconductor ecosystem and make better use of the expertise, infrastructure and support available.
The platform is designed as a living resource and is regularly updated as the European semiconductor ecosystem evolves. As of July 2026, the Tracker includes eight companies from Estonia: Arrow Electronics Estonia OÜ, EBV Elektronik OÜ, Elme Messer Gaas AS, Future Electronics OÜ, Linde Gas AS, Testonica Lab OÜ, TTI Electronics OÜ and YEInternational AS. As the platform is continuously updated, companies and organisations can also submit new information or corrections directly through the Tracker.
